His name is Igarashi Nanami (born Keiichi), son of Igarashi Yumiko sensei (mangaka of Candy, Candy) and seiyuu Inoue Kazuhiko (voice behind Naruto's Kakashi sensei) and he's debuting his manga essay entitled "Wagahai wa Otokonoko dearu!" on the 27th of November. It's so awesome how the whole family is involved in the anime-manga industry.
Hope his manga is a success! We need more cross-dressing hot guys (at least I do). And we need more manga dealing with topics such as this.
